Description
The Vega ultrasound was designed specifically for users with limited to no experience with sonography. The acquisition is completely hands-free and automated. It can perform the classic ultrasound modes (2D/3D B-mode, M-Mode, contrast enhanced imaging) and shear-wave elastography. In addition to ease of use, the platform is designed to allow up to 3 mice to be imaged sequentially, thus allowing high throughput imaging to be performed. 3D anatomical imaging of mouse abdominal organs can be achieved in as little as 40 seconds.
