
Dr Zhao Sha
Dr. Zhao Sha is an ARC Early Career Industry Fellow and Lecturer in the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of New South Wales (ʹڲƱ), Australia. With a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from ʹڲƱ and M.S. and B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Zhejiang University, his expertise spans aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, and advanced materials science. His research centres on advanced multifunctional composites, including high-temperature composites, structural energy storage composites, and energy harvesting composites, delivering impact in aerospace structures, advanced composites, and nanotechnologies. As lead applicant, he has secured more than $1 million in research funding through ARC and AEA programs.
