Articulation is an agreed arrangement between »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ and a partner institution that allows students studying approved programs at our partner institutions to transfer some of their credits on the basis of their achievements at the partner institution and continue their studies at »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ via a defined pathway.Ìý Articulation is available only to international students who are not Australian citizens or who do not have Australian Permanent Residency status.

With articulation, you may potentially shorten your program length at »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ.

  • Articulation allows students who have completed studies at a partner institution to progress to an approved program at »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ with credit.Ìý

    »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ has established articulation agreements with some partner institutions. The agreements provide clear guidelines and rules for credit transfer.Ìý

    If you have completed studies at one of our articulation partner institutions in an approved program within the specified period as outlined in the articulation agreements, you may be able to transfer some of your credit to »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ, given that you meet entry requirements and conditions of the arrangement. This means you might not have to take some courses and your program length at »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ could be shortened.Ìý

  • Credit transfer is also known as 'advanced standing' or recognition for prior learning (RPL).

    You can apply to have previous study from another institution or another »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ degree program recognised, and the credit transferred to your current degree program at »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ.

    Credit transfer is available to both domestic students and international students. »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ has specific rules for transferring credit from other institutions, which you can learn more about on the ±è²¹²µ±ð.Ìý

  • If you are undertaking studies in an approved program with one of our articulation partner institutions, you can apply for credit transfer as part of the admission application via . You will be asked if you want to apply for credit transfer/RPL and to provide details of your prior studies.

    If you do not request credit transfer/RPL in your initial application, you can submit a credit transfer request and any questions about credit transfer to »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ before accepting your »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ offer via .
