Guidance on application
It is not a requirement that you complete an application form. This form is designed for your convenience only. However, you must make a written request in some form to the university for the matter to be a valid internal review.
The university must complete the review within 60 days of receipt of the application and advise you of the findings within 14 days after the completion of the review.
