Design your Employability journey
The Career Explorer Program will help you navigate your »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ Employability journey with expert guidance to:
- Discover what drives you: uncover your motivations and professional interests
- Plan your journey: learn how to make the most of »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ’s Employability initiatives during your degree
- Explore energising career pathways: identify directions that align with your strengths and aspirations
- Design Your Experience at »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ.
You should participate if any of the following sound like you:
- “I don’t have any clear career ideas yet, but I want to start exploring.â€
- “I thought I knew what I wanted to do, but now I’m not so sure.â€
If these statements don’t apply to you, you may be better suited to an Individual Coaching session to begin planning your career journey.Ìý
Program layout
Session 1
Join a one hour and thirty minute group session, online or in person, where we will guide you through the career planning process. Explore your values, skills and interests using a career questionnaire and activities.Ìý

Session 2
Booked after completing Session 1
This is a 30-minute individual coaching session, available in person or online. In this session work with a career coach to explore your career planning options and next steps and discuss the results of your career questionnaire. Review your career action plan and design your »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ experience to enhance your roadmap to Employability.Ìý
